Rolan Bell (born 17 October 1983) is a British actor who was born in Chiswick, west London,〔Gillian Fisher, ("Rolan Bell, Ragtime the Musical" ), Afridiziak Theatre News, 20 May 2012.〕 of Jamaican heritage.
